BUYER GUIDELINES
1) Delray Oaks Condominium is an "all ages welcome" community. But
there is a limit of 4 persons per unit.
2) Unit owners are allowed one (1) pet that has a maximum weight of 20 pounds However, buyers must submit the Delray Oaks Pet Permission Agreement along with their Delray Oaks Purchase Application. Aggressive
or dangerous breeds will probably not be approved.
3) There is a no "ownership" waiting period in order to lease out a unit. However leases are limited to once per calendar year with a 4 month miniumum.
4) The approval application fee is $150 per applicant other than husband/wife or parent/dependent child, which are considered one applicant. All intended occupants who are 18+ must fill out an application, even if they are not on the title to the property. .
6) "Dog house" type structures, animal enclosures or bird houses can not be placed in the courtyard of townhouse or on a balcony. Also no objects may be hung, draped or shaken from 2nd floor balconies. And grilling or any type of cooking is not allowed on any balconies.
7) Unit owners can only park passenger vehicles (including SUVs) on the premises without prior expressed written consent of the Board of Directors. Vehicles must fit within the striped lines of a parking space.
8) Unit owners cannot park or store motorcyles, scooters, commercial trucks, vans, recreational vehicles, motor homes, trailers, boats or campers on the condominium grounds.
9) However, unit owners may be allowed to park a non-commerical personal pick-up truck under the following conditions: (a) The pickup truck cannot exceed 3/4 ton in weight. (b) Approval must be obtained from the Board of Directors by providing a picture of said pick-up truck and the truck's registration paperwork and attaching it to the condo approval application (c) The Board of Directors has the right to deny a pickup truck if they deem the vehicle to be incompatible with the aesthetic character of the community.
